Of Love & Dust

“Mouths don't empty themselves unless ears are sympathetic and knowing.” - Zora Neal Hurston, Mules and Men 1936

Learning how to develop my own film these days. I’ve had this deep yearning to be more hands-on with my work, and so I’m scratching that itch. I’ll share more on that later. But for now, here are some super grainy, perfectly imperfect, moments from my last visit to New Orleans. Shot on my Nikon N70 w/ expired Kodak Gold 200.

After all these years, Treme still has my heart.
